Indications

Allegra Oral Suspension is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergies in kids aged 2 to 11 years, and for the relief of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (chronic hives) in kids aged 6 months to 11 years.

Allegra ODT is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergies and the relief of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (chronic hives) in kids 6 to 11 years of age.

Important Safety Information

Allegra ODT contains phenylalanine, a component of aspartame. Other Allegra® products do not contain phenylalanine.

Side effects with Allegra Oral Suspension 30mg/5mL for seasonal allergies may include cough, upper respiratory infection, vomiting, and diarrhea. Side effects with Allegra 30mg for seasonal allergies may include cough, common cold, fever, and/or ear infection. Available by prescription only. Ask your doctor if a prescription for Allegra for Kids is right for your child.

Allegra Oral Suspension is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with SAR in children aged 2 to 11 years of age and for the treatment of uncomplicated skin manifestations of chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) in children 6 months to 11 years of age.

Allegra ODT is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with SAR in children 6 to 11 years of age and for the treatment of uncomplicated skin manifestations of CIU in children 6 to 11 years of age.

The most commonly reported adverse events with Allegra 30mg/5mL and placebo in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients 6 months to 5 years are vomiting (5.8% vs 8.6%) and diarrhea (3.0% vs 2.6%). The most commonly reported adverse events with Allegra 30mg and placebo in seasonal allergic rhinitis patients 6 to 11 years are cough (3.8% vs 1.3%), upper respiratory tract infection (2.9% vs 0.9%), pyrexia (2.4% vs 0.9%), and otitis media (2.4% vs 0.0%).
